While working at Leo Burnett as a Digital Creative Director, I teamed up with the immensely talented illustrator, Stuart Harrison. Together we invented a cast of evil characters for a new Kellogg product called Fruit Winders. The Chewchat Gang, spoke their own icon based language, featured in 3D TV commercials & Press comics.
The idea took off enormously, with Kellogg investing millions into the campaign. We won many awards for its innovative use of mixed media. I animated 3 series of Flash cartoons for the website, which also featured games written by the actionscript genius, Guy Bowden.
There is a whole Wikki dedicated to the immense amount of content we pumped out, before regulators and dentists put and end to character based kids advertising!
