A commission by the English National Opera to design the projections for a production of Handel’s magnificent Opera, Rodelinda.
Designed by Jeremy Herbert and Directed by Richard Jones. I also produced the publicity image of the tattoo, which became a recurring motif for the production.
We built a CGI version of the King’s statue, and then blew it up in slow motion – to the accompaniment of some beautiful music from Handel. That’s the way to do it.
