An educational film about the life of a fascinating Victorian Inventor, Sir Goldsworthy Gurney. It was commissioned for the opening of a new national museum at Bude Castle in Cornwall, UK.
Using 2D and 3D animation, I told the story of a forgotten inventor’s chaotic life.
Strangely unwilling to to capitalise on his amazing innovations, the ‘gentleman inventor’ was pushed aside by more ruthless rivals.
A fascinating life, nevertheless.
